These terms describe Toy Confidential’s comparison site for adults, initially focused on the United States. The owner is based in Michigan, United States, and owns toyconfidential.com. The operator has chosen to run the site personally as a sole proprietor, with Toy Confidential as the public brand and no separate company. Any required legal identification and governing-law provision are not yet finalized.

Adults and shopping information

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and any higher age required where they are located. If you are under that age or cannot lawfully view the content, leave the site. The adult-content notice does not verify age.

We organize product research, retailer offers and reviews. Retailers handle sales, payment, shipping, returns and warranties. Confirm the exact variant, price, stock and conditions on the retailer’s listing. Information may change. General shopping information is not individualized medical advice; follow manufacturer instructions.

Toy Confidential is not the seller, manufacturer, payment processor or warranty provider for those transactions. A retailer link is not a promise of authenticity, safety, availability or suitability. Price observations can be dated or incomplete; currencies, delivery costs, taxes, coupons and eligibility conditions may affect checkout. Comparisons need not include every retailer or every available offer.

Research summaries and consumer experiences are not professional diagnosis or treatment advice. Product descriptions, department labels and ratings do not establish that a product is suitable for every body or situation. Consult a qualified clinician for individual health questions and do not delay care because of material on this site. Respect other people’s consent and privacy.

Your reviews

Google membership and review submissions are available free of charge. Submitted reviews are moderated before publication. Keep your account secure and do not impersonate others. A member account does not provide access to private moderation or traffic reports.

Use your own honest experience and a nickname you are comfortable displaying. Do not impersonate others or submit spam, threats, private information about others, unlawful material or content you lack permission to share. Disclose a free product, payment or other relevant connection.

By checking the review form’s permission box, you allow Toy Confidential to display your approved rating, chosen nickname, title and review text on this site, including other placements of the same product. Reviews enter pending and are not automatically published. Submission does not guarantee publication.

You keep ownership of your original review. The permission is non-exclusive and royalty-free, limited to hosting, reproducing, formatting and displaying approved fields as part of this site and its moderation operation. It does not transfer copyright or grant unrestricted use in unrelated advertising, resale of your submission or endorsement of other products. Technical formatting must not change your meaning. The Privacy notice explains processing and withdrawal; permission to display is not a waiver of privacy rights.

Moderators may mark narrow redactions of personal information or prohibited passages with [redacted], while preserving your opinion and rating. Edits requested by a verified author and moderator redactions remove any existing publication and require approval again. You may request withdrawal through our Contact page; we must verify authorship. Signed-in members can withdraw their own reviews from their account; a matching nickname alone is not proof of authorship for older submissions. Review retention follows the active rules described in the Privacy notice. Approval enables display through the public review feed; private submissions remain protected.

Positive and critical feedback should be considered under the same relevance, privacy and abuse rules. A low rating is not by itself a reason to reject a review. Retailer scores remain separate from Our Reviews. No purchase verification or hands-on testing is implied unless documented.

There is no fee, penalty or restriction on sharing your honest opinion elsewhere. Disagreement with an opinion is not proof it is false. Moderation may address spam, duplicates, off-topic submissions, impersonation, privacy violations, harassment, threats or unlawful content; it must not be used to conceal legitimate criticism or inflate ratings. Practice submissions are not genuine customer testimonials and must not be presented as such. See Privacy for information about AI-assisted moderation.

Access and third-party content

Do not disrupt the site, misuse submission tools or attempt unauthorized access. Product names and third-party media do not imply endorsement of Toy Confidential. Media and affiliate permissions remain under review.

You may browse and follow links for lawful personal use. Do not bypass private-access or security controls, impersonate the operator, send malicious code, harvest other people’s private information or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive access, but this rule must not be used to punish honest criticism or lawful rights requests. Product trademarks and third-party images remain subject to their owners’ rights; their presence here does not grant visitors a license to reuse them.

Information limits and your legal rights

The site is offered on an as-available basis. To the extent applicable law permits, we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information or that a product will meet your expectations. We may correct errors, update comparisons or suspend features. Report a material error through Contact; do not rely on an outdated listing when making a purchase.

These limits do not excuse misleading statements or remove liability, remedies, warranties or other rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms impose no blanket release, consumer indemnity, damages cap, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or restriction on reporting unlawful conduct. Changes to these terms do not remove rights that applicable law protects.

Changes and questions

Material changes to these terms will be identified with the updated date. A page visit is not represented as an explicit acceptance or a waiver of legal rights. New rights to use previously submitted content will not be inferred from a later rewrite. Questions about these terms or a moderation decision may be sent to [email protected].
